Reggae Sauce makes a lucious dip....mix 50/50 with Crème Fraiche, Marscapone or Greek Yoghort......sweet and creamy, but still with a good spicy kick! Good with the usual assortment of raw veg...carrot,celery baby corn, red and yellow peppers,apple slices.....but it's especially delicious, for dipping wedges of hot and crisply roasted Sweet Potato and Butternut Squash.
Straight from the bottle it's a great marinade, for spicy Pork Spare Ribs, or Chicken Portions...cover with the sauce for at least 1 hour, before a quick sizzle on the Coalpot grill.....then wrap in foil to finish slowly.
