Rasta Pasta Recipe
Choose your favourite pasta shape, put on to cook, then put on another large pan, add some oil and 1 finely chopped onion, garlic and peeled root ginger finely chopped, allow to gently soften, then add your rainbow of chopped and de seeded peppers ,red yellow orange and green, add a couple of sliced courgettes when they are soft, add a jar of sundried tomato pesto, drain the pasta and ‘stir it up’
very tasty!
